The most important thing needed to Thrive in life is the mindset that I have carefully cultivated! Cancer has taught me the importance of having a bulletproof mind and an empowered immune system.
This is one of the reasons that the disease was a grace: it taught me self-love because for once, my only responsibility was to master taking care of myself. I knew I would be good at this because I was good at taking care of my children.
After a year of my body being clear of tumors, I reduced my THC intake and bumped up my CBD as “maintenance”.
One thing I was certain of: I do not ever want the disease to invade my body again! One insurance for this was to embrace a completely healthy and holistic lifestyle while committing to consistent maintenance. Even though I added animal protein back to my diet, I carefully chose the protein source that was the cleanest and healthiest. Knowing the sources of the animal protein is important — I always recommend seeking organic produce whenever possible.
I cook a lot for myself because I am able to see what ingredients are going into my food. Plus, I like to add CBD into my food as well, which makes it super easy to consume!
It is absolutely crucial to have the best self-care routine possible, spend plenty of time in nature, and be near the best people who have the best intentions and are supportive of a healing lifestyle.
I prioritize sleeping, laughing, exercising, and moving my body. I continue to use CBD and THC products to help me get the best quality of sleep that I can get, focus on my tasks as much as possible, and get the most out of my days.
Follow your heart, your intuition, and the wisdom of your body, and you will never go wrong.
